I hereby inform you that on July 4, 2013, the Conference "Mountain Ski Cluster and Competitiveness of Kyrgyzstan" was held at the Hotel "Holiday", which was organized by the Secretariat of the Council for Business Development and Investment under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Department of Tourism under The Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic and Association "Mountain Cluster" with the support of the UN Development Program in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Representatives of ministries, departments, representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the regions, local self-government bodies, international development partners and business associations took part in the conference.
The purpose of the conference was to discuss the project on the development of the ski cluster in the field of tourism and the presentation of the Concept of the "Ski Cluster" project for 2013 - 2017. According to the results of the conference, a resolution was adopted that requires further development of the issues of the implementation of the ski cluster by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and other interested parties. In this regard, I am sending you in the attachment the relevant materials of this conference.
