Listened to: Alymkulov A. Sh., President of the Mountain Cluster Association, who informed about the work done in 2016-2017 on the development and promotion of regulatory legal acts for the implementation of clusters in the Kyrgyz Republic. Information was provided on the implementation of the ski cluster pilot project.
Speakers: Samuel Dominique Marais, a member of the association, proposed to recognize the work as satisfactory.
Resolved: "unanimously" recognize the work of the President of the Association "Mountain Cluster" "satisfactory".

Speakers: Silantiev Vladimir Vyacheslavovich, a member of the association, proposed the candidacy of Mikhail Gilfanovich Khalitov for the position of President of the Mountain Cluster Association.
