On Friday, July 7, 2023, a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Implementation of Cluster Projects in the Kyrgyz Republic was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, Choro Seyitovich Seyitov, in the conference hall of the Ministry.

Under the guidance of the akim (head) of the Jeti-Oguz district, a meeting was held with the participation of district state bodies, local self-government bodies, and the business community on the issue of organizing the execution of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 29, 2023, No. 231 "On the Implementation of Cluster Policy".

On May 2, 2023, in the village of Kyzyl Suu, Jeti-Oguz district, Issyk-Kul region, a number of important events of the Association "Kyzyl Jhar" took place.

In a decisive move to bolster cluster development, the government has rolled out a comprehensive cluster policy. This policy is an amalgam of state and public initiatives aimed at championing clusters and cluster-centric proposals. The ultimate goal is to foster competitive advantages for administrative-territorial units and enterprises within the cluster.

The National Investment Agency has presented for public discussion a draft decree of the President of Kyrgyzstan on launching a ski cluster in the Issyk-Kul region. Over time, there has been much talk about attracting investors for developing winter recreation infrastructure along the shores of Kyrgyzstan's pearl. There were writings on plans to construct ski tracks and hotels.
